Children can start pony rides around age 2–5 with supervision, but structured riding lessons typically begin at age 5–7 when they can follow instructions and balance well.

Yes! Our beginner lessons are designed specifically for people with little to no riding experience. We’ll guide you through every step, from meeting the horse to your first ride.

Beginner lessons usually last 30–60 minutes. Most riders benefit from weekly lessons to build consistency and confidence. The number of lessons depends on your goals and pace of learning.

Make sure you bring or wear:

• Closed-toe shoes with a heel.

• Long pants

• Helmet

• Water

• anything else you need to be at a barn for a few hours.
