Viewing & Sale Info

• Showings are by appointment only and limited to a one-hour time slot. Additional time is available at $100/hour, which is deducted from the purchase price if the horse is bought. This fee is non-refundable if no purchase is made. Please bring a trainer if their input is essential.

• Horses remain available until fully paid for. They are not held unless a vetting is scheduled within five days. We will continue to show the horse until vetting is completed and payment is received. Even after vetting, horses remain on the market, as decisions vary based on buyer interpretation.

• You will be notified if the horse is sold before your scheduled appointment.

• Pre-purchase exams (PPE) must be scheduled within five business days. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to hold the horse during this period. This amount goes toward the purchase price but is not refundable if you choose not to proceed. Without a deposit, the horse may be sold at any time.

• Full payment is required within 48 hours of the PPE. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, cashier’s check, or cash. All paperwork, including the bill of sale, will be provided once full payment is received.

• We do not offer shipping, but we’re happy to help coordinate transportation from the farm.

• Boarding is charged at $40 per day for horses remaining on the property more than 48 hours after the PPE.

• Prices are firm. Please only inquire or schedule a visit if you're comfortable with the listed price.

• We prioritize five-star homes and reserve the right to decline a buyer if we believe the environment is not suitable for the horse.
