Cancellation Policy

Eisenman Equestrian operates on a monthly lesson structure. Lessons must be purchased in packages of four and used within the same calendar month.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Lessons canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund. A makeup lesson may be offered based on availability, but makeups are not guaranteed.

If I need to cancel a lesson due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, I will do my best to reschedule. However, as with all cancellations, makeup lessons are not guaranteed and depend on scheduling availability.

I understand that emergencies happen, and those situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
